COMMERCIAL COMPLEX, NOIDA SECTOR 62
KMA designed and executed a modern multi-storey commercial complex in Noida Sector 62, catering to retail showrooms on the ground floor and corporate offices on upper floors. The project involved complete architectural design, structural coordination, and statutory approvals from NEDA.
The glass curtain wall facade with horizontal aluminium sunshading fins gives the building a premium corporate identity while significantly reducing solar heat gain. The ground-floor retail zone features double-height glazed storefronts with branded signage integration.
The interior office spaces were designed with open-plan collaborative zones, private cabins, conference rooms, and ergonomic workstations. The entire project was delivered on schedule under KMA's PMC (Project Management Consultancy) services, ensuring zero cost overruns.
