INDUSTRIAL FACILITY, YEIDA ZONE
KMA delivered a complete industrial building design for a new allottee of industrial land in the YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) zone near Greater Noida. The project involved architectural drawing preparation, structural design, MEP coordination, and factory layout planning to meet YEIDA norms and operational requirements.
The factory building features a clear-span steel structure with polycarbonate ridge light panels for natural daylighting of the shop floor, reducing daytime electricity consumption significantly. Administrative offices, quality control lab, and utility rooms are neatly integrated into the building envelope.
KMA coordinated with YEIDA's building approval authority to obtain the Building Plan Sanction and Occupancy Certificate. The project was executed with strict compliance to fire safety norms, industrial setback requirements, and statutory green area norms — all within the client's approved budget and construction timeline.
